Pregnant, Homeless, and Unemployed Tour 2007

Chelsea's all knocked up, Andy & Chelsea are both out of work, and we've got no place to live - living on credit is the American way, so we might as well see America!

Here's our 1st stop in Redondo Beach, CA. Just in case there was any question that we're tourists, we decided to throw a couple of bikes on the back, right above the California plates.

Things we learned on our trip: Phoenix can get a little toasty in July. Fortunately, we were able to cool down with a few margaritas with Andy's cousin Geoff...oh wait, no margaritas for Chelsea. Bummer.

Thanks to cruise control, we were both able to catch some zzzzzzzzzzz's going across the desert.

Great visit with Grandpa Morse in Albuquerque, NM. The climate was much nicer at 5500 ft., and the scenery across New Mexico was surprisingly green and pretty.

Memorial Day weekend 2007

Andy and I went down to southern California to visit our parents, put some of our stuff in storage, and pick up our new-to-us car! While in town we had a meet and greet with some of Dick and Roxanne's friends to celebrate Mikey and Blaire's engagement and Andy and my two year anniversary.

We have an address!

Thanks to Andy waking up at 3:00 a.m. and our poll position in the first phase of the housing lottery, we were able to secure an apartment in Boston. We are very excited that we finally have a location to associate with our mental pictures of us living there. Good closet space, funky shape, and only one flight of stairs (but as of some time in October, I can take the elevator too). It feels good to have one more little duck in a row.
