Meg is helping dig out the car. Can you see her little blue spoon? Her heart is in the right place.

Um, what?!
Everyone warns you about Dallas summers but seriously? I thought we left this in Boston. I have to admit that it was fun while it lasted though ;)

January in Texas!
January was a big month for the Morse family. We drove half way across the country (again!) to our newest adventure in the Lone Star State. Oh yes, Texas.

This is our new place in the Big D.

Meggie and Maggie - finally in the same time zone.

New hair do.

Side profile.

American idol.

This is Meg helping us fill our organization boxes.

This is an "after" shot after I put away all her books and toys. Oh well, girlfriend was reading and I couldn't not let her.

Rest in Peace
With the close of 2009 comes the end of something great. During the year Andy's maternal grandparents both passed away, Nunny in July and Pop in December. Goodbye matriarch and patriarch you are definitely missed. We know you are looking down on us from that Memorial Stadium in the sky. Go Bears!

Halloween, Texas-style
Mama and Meg on the way to go trick-or-treating. The main setback of the evening was Meghan seeing an adult-sized Mr. Potato Head (costume made creepier by the fact that the owner didn't speak but stalked around silently), which petrified her and made her look over her shoulder for the rest of the night.
Me and the girls.
Brandy and her Halloween jammied girls. Molly's shirt reads: I'm so cute it's scary.
'Nough said.
Leopard and Dorothy.
Sam and her spidey-boys.
Ross and Meg ((2nd?)cousins).
Molly applying her own face paint, no mirror necessary (I wish I had an "after" photo). This child is hilarious (she was a bunny, perhaps the Easter bunny).
Super-Boppa and Nannie at the backyard Halloween bash.
Miss Dorothy and Lovey (in lieu of Toto).
Cal vs. UCLA game
